Salon Policies

Welcome to our salon! We are committed to providing each guest with a relaxing, professional, and enjoyable experience. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following salon policies:

1. No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us at the time of your appointment or within 24 hours after your visit. If approved, we will gladly schedule a complimentary corrective service for the earliest available time within five (5) days of your original appointment.

Please note: corrective services do not apply to changing your mind about polish, gel, or dip powder colors.


 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand unexpected situations may arise. To respect the time of our technicians and other guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


 

3. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.


 

4. Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

  • Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Any unused balance will remain on the card for future use.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.


 

5. Children’s Safety Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, young children may not be held on your lap during services. Our salon is not childproof; sharp tools, chemicals, and equipment can be hazardous. Please make appropriate childcare arrangements prior to your visit to ensure a relaxing environment for everyone.



6. Pets

In accordance with state regulations, no animals of any kind are allowed inside the salon, except for service animals with proper “Service Animal” identification. This policy ensures a safe and sanitary environment for all clients.



7. Upcharge Notice

Longer nail lengths or special nail shapes (such as coffin, stiletto, or almond) require extra time and products. Additional charges may apply.



8. Right to Refuse Service

We strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a rude, disrespectful, or disruptive manner, or who makes it difficult for others to enjoy their salon experience.
